When you order by phone, fax, or email, please quote your account number and if possible our part number. See our catalogue or the online store for part numbers. If you're not sure, our sales staff will be happy to assist you.
Our wholesale prices are available to approved customers. See below for information on become an approved wholesale customer. The minimum order is $100.00 plus GST plus freight.
To become an approved wholesale account customer, please contact us on 1800 021 997 or by email for an account application form. We will contact you once your application is processed. Approval time is generally 2 - 3 working days. (However this depends on the trade references you supply.) While you wait for approval we can accept payment when you order, by either credit card over the phone or direct deposit.
Please don't hesitate to contact us, to obtain a quote for bulk orders, and ongoing quantities.
If you have negotiated a special ongoing price, this is the price that appears automatically on our invoices to you.
Due to fluctuations in the Australian Dollar some prices may be subject to change without notice as new stock arrives into our store. We will endeavour to minimise any increases that may be necessary.
Prices quoted in the catalogue or by phone do NOT include GST, unless otherwise stated. GST will be added to your order total at the checkout.

2) Direct deposit
Transfer an invoice or account payment into our bank account. If you are waiting for an order please email the receipt information and we will ship your order immediately.
3) Credit card by phone
Phone us on 1800 021 997 or 02 6652 6029. We accept credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard.

Account holders will receive regular catalogues enclosed with an order. Please contact us if you would like us to send you a catalogue.
Please call us if you wish to check the status of your order. If it has already been shipped we can tell you the shipping company and the consignment note number so you can track the parcel.
Contact us to request a statement - we can email or fax you a copy.
We will accept the return of undamaged goods in new condition within three weeks, provided you notify us first as to the reason. Please return goods by general post. Also see warranty information.
Return of goods under warranty is limited to the replacement of defective goods and does not extend to any consequent damage or loss caused by the goods or late delivery of the goods. Faulty goods should be returned by general post. Return postage will be credited to your account upon receipt of the goods.
We will accept backorders for goods not in stock. However we reserve the right to cancel backorders under $40.00.
Orders under 5kg are normally despatched by air freight for fast delivery. Orders over 5kg are split and sent by air if needed in a hurry, or otherwise by normal road freight. Air freight is charged at $25. Road freight is charged at $20-36 subject to weight, dimensions and geography. Orders placed before 1pm are usually able to be dispatched the same day.
Our trading hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 4:00pm Friday.
Equity Engineering will be closed from 12pm Tuesday 24st December 2024. Our warehouse will process and ship orders from Monday 6th January 2025, and our offices will fully reopen from Monday 13th January. We wish you all the best for the festive season and a safe and happy holiday!
